Lacke is a Swedish self-taught artist in both painting and sculpture. He has been active since the 1990s and has his studio in Åkersberga where he also lives.
In his paintings we find large abstract and figurative works in a mix of warm earth tones, but Lacke is perhaps best characterised by his sculptures carved in steel that silhouette against our nature or as a foreground to his paintings.
Today he is represented by the Swedish galleries Roddarhuset, Melefors, Nordic Art, Sjöhästen, Kabusa and Gallery Rødhusgården in Denmark and Gallery Aurelia in London.
