Shipping policy
Delivery terms - Sweden
When you shop with us, VAT and free shipping are always included in the quoted price. We deliver all products and accessories free of charge within Sweden, in cooperation with carriers such as MTAB, UPS, PostNord, DHL and Schenker. Please note that, except for Gotland, we cannot deliver to addresses that require boat transport within Sweden.
Delivery terms - International
For international deliveries, please contact us. We deliver both inside and outside the EU but on request.
Freight forwarders
Delivery time is normally about 2-7 working days. We always make every effort to keep the estimated delivery time, to ensure that you receive your products as quickly as possible. However, sometimes it may take a little longer than expected, but we will deliver your order as soon as we can. Please remember that as a customer you should always be able to show identification when picking up/delivering the products.
Delivery confirmation
Once we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail. You will also receive a delivery confirmation e-mail when the product(s) leaves our warehouse.
Transport damage
In the event of damage in transit, please notify us of the damage by e-mail or telephone. We follow the Consumer Agency's guidelines and the notification must be made within a reasonable time after the buyer noticed or should have noticed the defect. It is therefore important that you unpack and inspect your products carefully. For businesses, notification of transport damage must be received within seven days.
To ensure that the case is dealt with as quickly as possible, please keep the product packaging so that it can be inspected. Depending on the extent of the damage, the goods will be redelivered, repaired or the price reduced.
Free shipping - Larger products
Larger products are normally delivered by MTAB throughout Sweden. Once the product(s) have arrived at MTAB, you will be notified by phone of the delivery date and time window. Deliveries are made on weekdays, normally between 08.00 and 21.00. The products are delivered to the gate if you live in an apartment and to the property line if you live in a house, or as close to the gate or property line as a truck can drive.
Free Shipping - Smaller Products
Smaller products are delivered to your nearest Post Office. When the parcel arrives at the agent, an SMS or email will be sent out to inform you that your parcel is ready for pick-up. If you have not provided an email or mobile number, you will instead receive a postal notification including the reference number and instructions on where to pick up your parcel.
Pick up in store
If you can't be at home to accommodate the delivery times of the carriers, you can choose Pick up yourself as the delivery method at checkout. You can then collect your products yourself from the Galleri Lacke studio at your convenience.
When you choose Pick up in store, you pay for your products using the payment method of your choice in the online shop checkout. In the order confirmation you will find a link where you can choose your preferred shop. Please note that we will send you an e-mail or a text message as soon as the products are ready for collection, so that you do not have to go out unnecessarily. Our stores are open by appointment or Saturdays & Sundays between 11am and 3pm.
